
FTP Ordering Information and Instructions:
1.) Browse our online menu to find your favorite products. All cities in Orange County require a minimum order amount of $75 to be spent to place a delivery. First time patient deals may fluctuate. Please refer to our website for more information regarding our current offer.
2.) Please create a new account. A user account is required to place an order.
3.) Enter you email address and upload a Government issued I.D. while creating your account for proof of verification. Acceptable IDs include: Drivers license, Passport or a valid Doctors Recommendation. Patients located outside of the U.S. upload passport for verification. In the uploaded photo take a selfie of yourself holding your ID next to your face. Please make sure that both your face and the ID is both clearly visible in the photo including all information on your ID. You must be 21 years of age or older to place an order. 18-20 year old patients must have a valid Doctors recommendation. Acceptable files for upload are JPEG or PNG. The maximum file size that can be uploaded is 10 MB. Once you upload your selfie holding your ID and enter your email address, a link will be sent to your email for you to create a new password.
4.) After verification is successful you will now be able to place future orders seamlessly by logging into your account without the need to verify yourself. Just log in to your profile and place your order. If verification is unsuccessful you will be notified as to why via email and will be able to correct and resubmit the proof of Identity. Verification typically takes up to 20 minutes. If you need help setting up your profile please reach out to us. We will be happy to help you.
5.) After your profile is setup you will be enrolled in our online reward points program. For every $50 spent you will receive 5 points. These points will accumulate in your account where you will be able to view and choose when to redeem them on your future orders. Points will be used to discount your subtotal at checkout.
6.) You will receive a free gift(s) that you will be eligible for to select during the checkout process. The higher the amount that you spend, the free gift increases in value.
7.) Tired of guessing where your order is at?? We make it easy using the following steps.
- Order Tracking: Customers receive a text message with a live tracking link as soon as their order is picked up.
- Real-time Updates: Automated SMS notifications are sent when the order is received, out for delivery, and delivered.
- Live ETA: The tracking link provides up-to-the-minute ETAs and allows customers to see the driver’s location on a map. When the driver arrives at your location, they will reach out to notify you.
- Proof of Delivery: Patients receive a final notification via text or email when the driver confirms the delivery, often including a photo or signature.
8.) If you prefer to schedule your delivery in advance you will be able to do so using the calendar at checkout. Just pick a day and time and we will send a driver out for you.
9.) Love flower or wax but don’t know what to order?? Try out our “Try Before you Buy.”
What It Is: A private, in-home flower and wax tasting experience for patients who want to smell, examine, try out and compare top-shelf strains before deciding what flower or wax to purchase. This is not a party or event — it’s a curated, one-on-one shopping experience.
Order Requirements:
• $250 minimum total order
• Applies to flower and wax only (edibles, vapes, prerolls etc… ordered first)
Here are 2 Examples:
Case 1: Flower-Only Patient
“I only want flower but don’t know what yet.”
How it works:
1. Patient places a minimum $250 Flower Reserve
2. Selects Flower Tasting Concierge
3. We bring 5 top-shelf strains (curated by us or customer-selected). If you choose the strains please make sure to include what 5 strains you would like us to bring in the order notes during the checkout process.
4. Customer chooses flower in person.
5. Flower total is applied against the $250 reserve
Case 2: Mixed Order (Products + Flower)
“I ordered some items but want to choose flower in person.”
Example:
• Customer orders $125 in edibles, vapes, etc…
• Adds a $125 Flower Reserve
• Total at checkout = $250
At delivery:
• Patient examines, smells and will be able to sample each of the 5 flower strains
• Selects flower totaling $125
• Reserve is applied to the flower
* We will bring a clean glass piece for you to sample the products with or you can simply use your own
10.) Want no contact discreet delivery?? We got you covered. Put in the order notes: No contact delivery and describe where you will be leaving the money at.
Example: money will be underneath the matt by the door. Also describe where you would like the order to be placed.
Example: Leave order behind the plant by the door. If money is not there the driver will reach out to you to let you know. You can also schedule no contact delivery in advance by using our calendar at checkout.
11.) No delivery or any hidden added fees. Pay for what you get. We only accept cash upon delivery. Delivery wait times are approximately 1-2 hours.
